摘要
本文详细地叙述了利用CSIMAN仿真系统的驻留在队列Ⅰ中的实体数NQⅠ和资源Ⅰ处于忙状态的单元数NR(Ⅰ)来调整资源Ⅰ的单元数MR(Ⅰ),以实现机床群中各种机床台数的合理配置的方法。根据资源利用率和实体排队长度,选择加工车间机床群中的关键设备并确定机床群中各种机床台数的最佳配置方案。
This paper describes in detail the methods for regulating the number MR(Ⅰ) of units of the resource Ⅰ to achieve rational disposition of different machine tool's number in the interior of a machine tool group by use of the number NQ(Ⅰ) of entities residing in queue Ⅰ and the number NR(Ⅰ) of busy units of the resouzce Ⅰ in CSIMAN simulation system.The methods select the cirtical installations from a machine tool group of machining workshop and determine an optimum plan to dispose number of different machine tools by the light of the capacity utilization of the resource and the length for the queued entities.
