An evaluation of regional environment for investment project siting

项目选址是投资前的重要决策问题.提出从投资者角度主要考虑自然环境、社会环境和费用环境等因素对项目选址的影响,应用模糊综合评判方法建立单一方案和互斥方案的评价模型,通过算例给出模型的应用.

Project siting is one significant decision problem before investment. In this paer, it is suggested that the investor consider the factors such as natural environment, social environment and expense environment that influence on the project siting, that we should apply the method of fuzzy comprehensive opinion in establishing the models of unitary scheme and incompatible schemes respectively, and （fiat we should give the application of models through the calculating example.
