福建省高校学生体育学习需求的调查研究

Investigation of University Students' Sports Study Demand in Fujian Province

通过文献资料、问卷调查及数理统计等方法对福建省高校大学生体育学习需求进行研究,内容包括:学生体育学习态度、体育学习用时需求、体育学习内容需求、体育学习形式需求及体育学习效果检验等方面。结果表明:当前"健康第一"已经成为大学生参加体育活动的第一需求;体育教学内容应该向着"开放"和"放开"的理念发展;应该尝试并推广新的体育教学模式;建立适宜的评价机制。根据研究结果提出了对今后体育教学工作的几点建议。

Through documents and materials, survey by questionnaire, mathematical statistics methods and so on, the article researches university students＇ sports study demand in, Fujian Province. The research contents include： students＇ sports study attitude, sports study time demand, sports study content demand, sports study form demand and sports study results test. The result of study shows： only by paying close attention to the characteristic of students＇ sports study demand could it exert influence on students＇ sports study pointedly; ＂Healthy First＂ has already become the first demand that university students participate in sport activity at present; the contents of sports courses should be developed towards the idea of ＂opening＂ and ＂unlocking＂; the new sports teaching mode should be tried to popularize; suitable appraisal mechanism should be set up. According to the result of study, some suggestions of sports teaching in the future have been proposed in order to promote the university＇s sports teaching reform.
