国外团队理论视角下的高管变更研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 鉴于国内从高管团队理论的视角研究高管变更现象的研究文献仍极其缺乏,而国外在该方面的研究成果已相当丰富,本文综述国外关于高管团队理论与高管变更关系的理论和实证研究成果,以期为国内学者的后续研究提供有价值的参考。
