On the distribution of the 4-th weighted mean of Dirichlet L-functions

本文利用广义Kloostermann和的定义、Gauss和的定义、特征和估计、三角和估计及其解析方法讨论了DirichletL─函数的四次加权均值分布问题,得到两个有趣的加权均值分布公式.

The main purpose of this paper is to use the definition of the general Kloostermann sum, the definition of Gauss sum, the estimation of character sum, the estimation of trigonometric sum and the analytic method to study the 4-th distribution of Dirichlet L-functions with the weight of general Kloostermann sums and Gauss sum, and give two interesting mean value distribution formula.
