本文重点回顾了在广州大学城体育场馆的规划建设过程中,如何紧密结合所在城市大型体育赛事的举办,科学定位场馆的社会功能,坚持分工建设实现资源共享,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,为探索城市公共体育事业的建设提供了有益参考。

This paper mainly reviewed the planning and construction of the stadium of Guangzhou University Town, discussed how to scientifically position the social function of the stadium by referring to the major sports events in the city, and how to realize resource sharing by work division, which guarantees good social and economic profits and meanwhile sheds some light on the way to explore public sports architectures.
