摘要
目的通过医院员工满意度分析,了解医院人性化管理现状和影响医院员工工作积极性、主动性的因素,并提出管理对策供医院管理者借鉴。方法应用自行设计的调查表随机调查480名员工,用SPSS/Window进行数据分析。结果员工总体满意度不高,凡涉及收入分配、福利待遇的满意度最低,其次为沟通交流和信息分享、成长与晋升机会、用人制度等。结论人性化管理是提高员工满意度的最佳途径,也是现代化医院发展的必由之路。
Object Pass to work to the hospital employee satisfaction analysis, understand present condition and influence of the hospital humanized management employee to work aggressive, actively sexual factor, and provide a countermeasures to draw lessons from by expecting a hospital governor. Methods The inquisition watch that the application designs by oneself random investigates 480 employees and carry on data analysis with the SPSS/Window. Results The employee is total the satisfaction degree be not high, any satisfaction which involves an income allotment, welfare treatment is lowest, secondly for communicate exchanges and information to share,grow up and opportunity to promote,use a person system etc.. Conclusion The humanized management is the best path which raises employee's satisfaction,is also a modern hospital to develop necessarily from its road.
