摘要
ISO9000质量体系在我国各级医院运用时间不长,是一件新生事物。其与医院原有的管理模式如何衔接与融合,是认证过程中普遍存在的问题。我院在质量管理实践中,通过ISO9000标准中"测量、分析和改进"对医院进行了有效管理,并采取"两评分两评价"的方法与奖金分配相结合,取得了良好的效果。
As a newly emerging thing, ISO9000 Quality System hasn' t been used for a long time in hospitals at all levels. For the new management modle and the old one, it is a general matter in the course of attestation, about how to make them link up and mix together. In the practice of quality control, our hospital has passed the process of measure, analysis and ameliorate of the ISO9000 Quality System's standard, and it has been managed effectively. Otherwise, we have adopted the meathod of "double marking and double evaluating", which has been combined with the assignation of premium. We have conducted active exploratory development, and have got a favorable effect.
