颈部“天穴”推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Neck Acupoints Massage in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的观察推拿天鼎、天窗、天牖、天容四穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法108例神经根型颈椎病按初诊日期分为2组;治疗组(单日初诊)58例采取推拿颈部天鼎、天窗、天牖、天容四穴为主治疗,对照组(双日初诊)50例采用常规推拿手法治疗。治疗10次后,观察两组ADL评分和总疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.8%,对照组为74.0%(P<0.05);治疗后两组ADL评分明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈部穴位推拿对神经根型颈椎病临床症状改善作用确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of massaging Tianding（LI 17）, Tianchuang（SI 16）, Tianyou（TE 16） and Tianrong（Sl 17） in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 108 subjects were divided into two groups according to the visit order： treatment group in which 58 cases were treated by massaging above four acupoints and control group in which 50 cases were treated by regular massage. After 10 treatments, the activities of daily living （ADL） scores and clinical efficacy v）ere observed. Results The total effective rate was 94.8% in treatment group and 74% in control group, P〈 0.05; after treatment, ADL scores increased in both groups （P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01）, and the treatment had higher increase than control group did （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Neck acupoints massage has positive effects on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
