柳钢烧结厂料场翻车机给料贮料仓悬料问题及2台重型板式给料机多发故障造成给料能力低,难以满足生产需要,介绍了在贮料仓增设喷水装置以及将板式给料机改为胶带机的提能改造措施。
The hang-ups problems of feed-storage bunker of tipper in stock yard and the numerous failures of two heavy plate feeders cause the low feeding capacity and cannot meet the productionrequirements. The countermeasures for putting up the water spray unit in storage bunker and modifying the plate feeder into belt feeder were introduced.
