家族企业家族成员参与度对员工绩效的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过研究家族企业中家族成员参与度与员工的绩效之间的关系,分析家族成员参与度对员工绩效所产生的影响,进而分析家族企业使用家族成员的实际效果,评价目前条件下家族化经营的利弊。通过实证研究,发现家族成员参与度与员工绩效呈负相关,其中家族成员参与度与员工组织承诺呈负相关,与员工工作满意度呈负相关,与员工的离职意向呈正相关。
