摘要
职业道德与企业文化在定义上具有同一性,在特点上具有同质性,在结构上具有同构性。同时,二者各自叙述的主体不同,前者是行业,后者是经营性组织。由于它们之间存在着广泛的联系,所以有相互融合的可能;由于它们之间又存在着明显的区别,所以在现实中又存在着相互统一的复杂性。加强职业道德建设,是培养企业文化创新能力的首要前提;加强企业文化塑造和建设,是职业道德实现的必备条件;二者统一的基础则是企业的生产实践。
Professional ethics and enterprise culture share some similarities in definition, characteristics and structure. But they are different because professional ethics focuses on profession and enterprise culture focuses on business organization. It is likely that the two can adapt with each other because of their similarities and they can unit because of their characteristics. The premise of improving innovation capability of enterprise culture is to enhance professional ethics and it is essential for the realization of professional ethics to focus on enterprise culture. The base of the union of the two is the production of the enterprises.
