摘要
根据大学生信息素质的内涵,学科馆员在进行素质教育的时候应该确定三个目标:信息意识教育、信息能力教育、信息道德教育;应该构建三级用户模式:初级培养、中级教育、高级培训。
According to the information quality of the college students, education of information consciousness, education of information capacity and education of information morals should be the objectives of quality education set by subject librarians. In addition, three - level user model, primary cultivation, intermediate education and high -level training should be constructed.
