桂林岩溶石山阴香群落土壤种子库的研究

Seed Bank of Cinnamomum burmanni Communities in Soil on Karst Hills of Guilin

采用萌发法对桂林岩溶石山4个阴香林下0—15cm深度的土壤种子库的物种组成、垂直空间分布、区系成分、多样性进行了研究。结果表明：阴香群落种子库中共有高等植物54种，分别隶属于34个科，45个属。种子库的平均密度为152粒·m^-2。在垂直空间分布上以0—5cm层种子数最多，占种子库总数的70．9％。种子植物属的分布以热带亚热带分布为主。4个样地中物种多样性的差异不是很显著。

In this paper, researches are conducted on the species composition and vertical distribution, flora composition , diversity of the seed bank of Cinnamomum burmanni communities in soil with the depth of 0 - 15 cm on karst hills of Guilin. The results have shown that higher plants total 54 plant species,which belong to 34 families, consisting of 45 genara. The mean density of seed bank is 152 grains per m2. The amount of seeds within the soil 0 - 5 cm deep reaches to 70.9%. The dominated flora composition belongs to the tropic-subtropic types. The difference in the diversity of speices among the 4 communities is not very remarkable.
