LOFT49作为杭派创意产业园的代表,在杭州家喻户晓。LOFT49创意产业园中运用了传承场地文脉、艺术及生态的现代景观设计理念对旧工业场地进行了保护与再利用。LOFT49的景观具有特殊性,自发性的景观设计、建筑空间与景观空间的结合、不可缺少的工业元素以及独特的标示小品为其增色不少。LOFT49将为杭州的工业遗产保护与再利用提供借鉴。
As a representation of Creative Industry Park, LOFT49 is widely known in Hangzhou. Modern landscape design concepts, such as inheriting location context, artistic and ecological methods, etc, are used in the design of LOFT49 to protect and reuse old industry fields. The landscape of LOFT49 is rather special： the spontaneity of landscape design, the combination of architecture space and landscape space, the indispensable industrial elements and the inimitable nameplate, that add color to this project. LOFT49 will be used for reference in the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Hangzhou.
