Study on the Space Form of Traditional and Modern Block

该文对传统街区空间形态进行分析,研究其蕴涵的显性物质环境和隐性文化要素两大部分。随后通过对上海新天地、杭州湖滨大道和南京1912三个脱胎于传统街区的典型时尚街区进行空间分析与评价后,指出在传统街区的改造中,要对传统街区要素进行挖掘、整合,使其成为城市历史街区保护与开发的基本精神,在此基础上对其进行现代衍生才是根本出路。

This article analyzes the space form of traditional block area and studies the two parts of explicit material environment and hidden culture elements contained in it. Then, through the analysis and evaluation of Shanghai New World, Hangzhou Lake Avenue, and 1912 Nanjing, three modern blocks regenerated from traditional blocks, the author points out that exploring and integrating the traditional block elements in the renovation should be considered as the basic spirit to protect and develop historic block of the city. And on this basis, it is the fundamental solution to take modern derivation from them.
