摘要
研究了 HY,Hβ,HM和 Ti O2 Al2 O3 催化剂对苯胺与工业乙醇烷基化合成 N 乙基苯胺和 N,N 二乙基苯胺的活性和选择性 ,用 NH3 TPD和 IR表征了催化剂的表面酸性质。结果表明 ,这些催化剂烷基化活性的顺序为 HY>Ti O2 Al2 O3 >Hβ>HM,而对 N ,N二乙基苯胺选择性的顺序为 Ti O2 Al2 O3 >HY>Hβ≈HM。改性的 HY分子筛催化剂有较好的的稳定性。苯胺与工业乙醇烷基化合成 N 乙基苯胺和 N,N 二乙基苯胺的反应主要在
The activity and selectivity of HY, Hb, HM and TiO2Al 2O 3 catalysts for alkylation on the Natom of aromatic aminies with commercial alcohol has been investigated in this paper. Surface acidic properties of the catalysts were characterized by means of NH 3TPD and IR techniques. The result indicated that the specific activity of these catalysts decreases in the order as HY>TiO 2Al 2O 3>Hb>HM, while the selectivity to N,Ndiethylaniline as TiO 2Al 2O 3>HY>Hb≈HM. HY modified zeolite has fairly well stability. The alkylation of aniline with ethanol to Nethylaniline and N,Ndiethylaniline mainly occurs on Lewis acid sites of the catalysts.
