摘要
目的探讨肺癌性病灶同层动态CT净增值与微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。资料与方法选取周围型肺癌31例,其中腺癌24例(包括细支气管肺泡癌8例),鳞癌7例。病灶直径1.0~6.5cm,平均2.6cm,其中≤3cm者24例,〉3.1cm者7例。常规先行病灶同层动态CT增强扫描,获取手术后肿瘤大体病理标本和结果,再行CD34抗体的MVD的免疫组织化学测定。结果(1)31例肺癌的同层动态CT净增值和MVD之间具有显著相关性(r=0.753,P〈0.05)。(2)肺癌的最大CT净增值与组织学类型有关:腺癌的最大CT净增值和MVD值均明显高于鳞癌(P〈0.05)。(3)肺癌最大CT净增值和MVD值与肿瘤大小有关:直径≤3cm者高于〉3.1cm者。结论肺癌性病灶的同层动态CT净增值与MVD有相关性,可作为评价肿瘤血管生成的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between dynamic enhanced increased CT value and MVD (micro vascular density) of lung carcinoma. Materials and Methods 31 cases of peripheral lung carcinoma ( adenocarcinoma in 24 cases and squamous carcinoma in 7 cases) confirmed by surgery were performed with dynamic enhanced CT, and immunohistochemiacal stain of anti CD 34 antibody was measured in specimen. The diameter of lesions was 1.0 - 6.5 cm, mean 2.6 cm (including diameter ≤3 cm in 24 cases and 〉 3.1 cm in 7 cases). Results ( 1 ) There was a linear positive correlation between the max increased CT value and MVD in 31 cases with peripheral lung carcinoma(r=0. 753 ,P 〈0.05). (2)Both of the max increased CT value and MVD of lung adenocarcinoma were higher than that of squamous carcinoma, ( P 〈 0.05). (3) Both of the max of CT value and MVD of lung cancer with the diameter ≤3.1 cm were higher than that of 〉3.1 cm(P =0. 017). Conclusion There is positive correlation between the max increased CT value and MVD in peripheral lung carcinoma, max increased CT value and MVD can provide information for lung carcinoma angiogenesis.
