摘要
从经济的角度出发，对储层的物性下限进行了评价．确定储层孔隙度、渗透率的经济下限，是市场机制引入的必然要求．同时，以采气工业变化特点为基础，讨论了单井产能的配置及气藏采收率的确定方法，提出了天然气评价的一般模式．以东濮坳陷某凝析气田为例，从计算储量和日产量的角度出发，对凝析气藏储层物性经济下限进行了评价，并取得了较好的结果．
The physical properties of reservoir are fewly studied from the point of economy. It is necessary to calculate the low limit of permeability and porosity of reservoir in the times of market economy.This study discusses a way for calculating the low limit of physical properties of reservoir in a condensed gas field in Dongpu depression, basing on the changes of the industry of gas exploitation and the production and reserves of the single well. The calculation result fits the real data from gas wells.
