摘要
根据炼油厂对原油脱水脱盐的要求,对胜利油田供给胜利炼厂的原油进行了脱水脱盐实验.实验结果表明,孤岛原油在储罐内温度应控制在45℃,胜利混合原油为50℃.沉降脱水及进入电脱水器脱水脱盐时,应控制的温度为120~130℃;应使用的破乳剂为M41T,其用量为20~40mg/L.讨论了药剂的注入方式和注入点,各分厂于电脱前分散加药改为罐前统一加药.这一方案的部分实施收到了良好的使用效果.
On the detection of viscosity temperature dependency of two kinds of crude oils supplied to Shengli Refinery, a proposal is offered that the temperature for Shengli crude mixture in the tanks is 50℃ and that for the Gudao crude is 45℃. The de emulsifier selected for Shengli W/O emulsion, designation M41T is oil soluble. The suitable temperature for electro chemical dehydration is 120~130℃. The injecting method for designation is improved, and a good result is obained.
