急性特发性角膜内皮炎误诊原因分析

Causative analysis of misdiagnosis of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis

目的分析急性特发性角膜内皮炎的误诊原因。方法对5例(5只眼)急性特发性角膜内皮炎的误诊原因进行分析。结果7例特发性角膜内皮炎有5例被误诊,误诊率达71.43%,误诊时间最长30 d,最短7 d。结论只要认识特发性角膜内皮炎的主要特征,认真细致检查,特发性角膜内皮炎的误诊是可以减少甚至避免的。

Objective To deepen the understanding of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis, raise the level of diagnose and therapy, and reduce misdiagnosis and mistherapy. Method The misdiagnosis of 5 cases of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliiti＇s were reported and the reasons of misdiagnosis were analyzed. Results In 7 cases of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis, 5 cases were misdiagnoeed. The misdiagnosis rate was 71.43% and the misdiagnosis time were from 7 days to 30 days. Conclusion Grasping the features of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis and careful examining patients will benefit to reduce or even avoid misdiagnosis.
