局灶性机化性肺炎的CT表现

CT appearance of focal organizing pneumonia

目的分析局灶性机化性肺炎的CT表现。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的18例局灶性机化性肺炎的CT表现。结果15例贴近胸膜,13例伴有邻近胸膜增厚;3例呈楔形,8例呈类圆形,7例呈多边形;8例边界模糊;8例有长毛刺;8例密度不均;2例有空洞;7例有支气管血管束的增粗和聚拢。结论局灶性机化性肺炎与周围性肺癌、肺结核的CT表现存在较多相似之处,诊断和鉴别诊断较困难。

Objective To analyze CT features of focal organizing pneumonia. Methods CT features of 18 cases focal organizing pneumonia confirmed by pathology were retrospectively studied. Results 15 lesions were in contact with the pleural surface, and concomitant pleural thickening in 13 cases. The lesions was demonstrated as a triangular shape（3 patients）, round-like shape （8 patients）, irregular shape （7 patients）, hazy border （8 patients）, coarse spicules （8 patients）, inhomogeneous density （8 patients）, cavity （2 patients）, thickening of bron- chovascular bundle （7 patients）. Conclusion The CT findings of focal organizing pneumonia is similar to peripheral lung cancer and TB. There is some difficults in the diagnosis and differentiation of focal organizing pneumonia.
