超声在类风湿性关节炎膝关节病变中的应用
摘要
类风湿性关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一以累及周围关节为主的多系统性炎症性的自身免疫病．近年来发病率有上升。关节类风湿病变．以滑膜炎为关节的首发病变，进而侵蚀关节软骨，并进一步腐蚀软骨下骨质，使关节功能丧失。大小关节均可发病．好发于腕、指（趾）、膝关节。膝关节是人体重要的承重关节．一旦受损，将严重影响患者的生活质量．因此为防止关节畸形、致残．早期诊断膝关节病变的类型和程度对临床至关重要。
