摘要
患者，男，53岁，患胃印戒细胞癌行毕罗Ⅱ式术后第5天，约13点左右，患者在上厕所途中因颈穿接口的可来福管脱落后猝倒，随即出现深昏迷、面色苍白、呼吸减慢、呼之不应。查体：双目向右侧视，同向偏盲；Bp：100nommHg，心率100次／分；呼吸：10次／分：血糖：11．9mmol／l；双肺呼吸音清；角膜、跟腱、提睾反射迟钝：病理反射：巴氏征：（一），颈项强直；两侧瞳孔微散大。急诊头颅CT平扫，示双侧颈内动脉海绵窦段空气栓塞．双侧眼球向右斜视（图1）。胸部CT平扫未见明确异常。
