摘要
目的探讨刺五加注射液对大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型TNF-α和ICAM-1表达的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型大鼠脑组织中TNF-α和ICAM-1含量。结果应用刺五加注射液的治疗组大鼠脑组织中TNF-α和ICAM-1免疫阳性细胞在各时间点的表达与模型组相比明显减少(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论刺五加注射液能显著降低脑缺血/再灌注模型大鼠脑组织中TNF-α和ICAM-1表达从而防治脑缺血再灌注炎性损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus injection(ASI) on expressions of TNF-α and ICAM-1 proteins of the transient focal ischemia-reperfusion injmy in rats. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods were applied to detect the expressions of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in cerebral transient ischemiareperfusion. Results Compared with model group, the expressions of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in ASI group obviously decreased at the different time checkpoint( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion ASI reduces the expressions of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in model rats obviously, so that the cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury is prevented or cured.
