^(153)Sm-EDTMP、^(89)SrCl_2治疗前列腺癌、乳腺癌骨转移瘤的对比研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨153Sm-EDTMP8、9SrCl2治疗前列腺癌、乳腺癌骨转移瘤疗效。方法将乳腺癌,前列腺癌骨转移瘤患者各30例随机分成两组,每组15例乳腺癌患者(均为女性)与15例前列癌患者,分别接受153Sm-EDTMP8、9SrCl2治疗,疗效观察分别采用VAS、Karnofsky、骨显像评价。结果153Sm-EDTMP组止痛效果总有效率为83%,89SrCl2组的总有效率为90%,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。患者的生存质量明显提高,骨显像可见部分病例病灶变小,甚至消失。结论153Sm-EDTMP8、9SrCl2治疗前列腺癌,乳腺癌骨转移瘤效果良好,各有优缺点,但影响治疗疗效的因素繁多,有待于进一步的研究和探讨。
