摘要 针对洛阳石化总厂重油催化装置分馏塔顶循换热器腐蚀严重的情况,认为催化分馏塔结盐是造成顶循换热器腐蚀的主要原因.在进行腐蚀原因分析的基础上,经过实验室试验,提出了用水洗加注缓蚀剂的措施,解决催化分馏塔结盐及顶循换热器腐蚀的防护对策. From the severe corrosion in the overhead recycle exchanger of heavy oil FCC main fractionator in Luoyang Petrochemical Complex,its was concluded that the salt deposit of the FCC main fractionator was the culprit of the corrosion of the heat exchanger. Based upon the analysis of the causes of corrosion and laboratory testing,such coun-termeasures as water washing and injection of corrosion inhibitor were presented to control the corrosion of the heat exchanger.
