摘要
对裂解炉对流段预热器泄漏的OCr18Ni9管材进行失效分析.认为失效是在内壁晶间腐蚀的基础上产生应力腐蚀所致.造成应力腐蚀的直接原因是吹尘器滴水.对未失效管还进行了常温和高温力学性能以及持久性能的测定并进行了剩余寿命的评估.
From the failure analysis of the leaked 0Cr18Ni9 tubes of the preheater for the convection section of the cracking furnace, it was concluded that the failure was caused by the stress corrosion resulting from grain boundary corrosion of tubes' internal wall. The direct cause of the stress corrosion was the dribbling of soot blower. The tubes in good condition were also tested for ambient-temperature and high-temperature mechanics performances and durability. The residual life was estimated.
