通过对热镀锡铜线生产工艺的分析,探讨了废锡的成分及产生的原因,提出了减少废锡产生的几种工艺措施。实践表明,采用适当的工艺,可以有效地减少废锡,提高锡的利用率。

The case of scrap tin and its composition were investigated through analyzing the process of hot-tinned copper wires. Some counter-measures to reduce scrap tin are proposed. The practice proves that scrap tin can be effectively reduced and tin recovery raised by an appropriate process.
