摘要
从20世纪90年代初期开始,企业的组织形式出现了以战略联盟、虚拟企业、外包、以及企业内部的事业部分工和服务共享等为表现形式的分形演变,并逐步形成了具有分形特征的企业价值链。分形价值链的形成可以使企业实现从静态组织模块到动态组织模块、从组织模块的结构化到组织模块的对象化、以及从职能型组织到适应性组织等三个方面的重要转变,从而获得敏捷性和适应性的提高。本文基于分形组织理论和流程模块的对象化方法提出了企业分形价值链的构建方法,并基于保险企业的分形演变研究了保险企业的分形价值链构建。
Started from the beginning of 1990s, enterprises organization structure evolves some fractal structures which exist as strategic alignment, virtual enterprise, sub - contract, business unit (section) and shared service; and build up fractal - like value chains. The forming of fractal value chain can help the enterprises organizations switch from static to dynamic, from structural to objective, from functional to adaptive; the enterprises can get improvement on flexibility and adaptability. Based on fractal organization structure theory and objective method for process model, this article proposed one way to build up a fractal value chain in a enterprise. It studied a case of building fractal value chain in an insurance enterprise.
