摘要
知识型员工时代组织公民行为对组织效率的影响日益明显,高组织公民行为成为现代管理探究的热点。员工的个体因素与组织中的一些管理要素是预测员工组织公民行为高低的有效指标,管理者可从招聘、培训、绩效评价、薪酬管理以及组织文化建设等角度入手提高组织员工的公民行为。
In the time of managing the knowledge staff, it is well known that organizational citizenship behavior influence on organization efficiency gets more and more clearly. Research on high OCB is the hot topic of modern management. Indexes reflecting the individual and the organization management processes strongly predict the staff's OCB. Managers may improve staff's OCB in the procedure of hiring, training, performance evaluation, pay management and organization culture construction.
