This paper mainly discusses the present situation of villagers＇ right distortion and its consequence due to lack of comprehensive system, backward education, an increasingly idle population and insufficient government＇s supervision. It also proposes that legal ＆ democratic consciousness, strong administrative supervision, education training employment and proper village committee＇s role may be the feasible answer.
