关于期刊读编关系的若干思考

On the Relationship between Readers and Compilers of Periodicals

编辑与读者的关系,决定了期刊的生存与发展,是办刊者不得不认真研究与处理的重要问题。首先是认识读者,要站在服务者的立场,充分认识读者对于期刊发展的重要性,自觉增强服务意识;其次是发现读者,要突破现有读者群体的约束,拓宽读者群体的范畴;三是研究读者,通过读者调查等途径摸清读者的基本情况;四是"迎合"读者,就是在研究读者的基础上,所办期刊的内容要适合读者的阅读需求。

This paper proposes that the key to balance the periodicals readers and compilers is to put compilers＇ feet in readers＇ shoes, attract more reader population and satisfy readers＇ desire.
