摘要
压边力Q、凹模圆角半径γ凹和板料厚度δ是影响材料拉伸性能的重要因素。利用板成形软件Sheet-Forming分析筒形件拉深成形过程中它们与拉深系数之间的影响:设计γ、m与δ的三因子正交设计试验,获得8个编号的最大压边力与最小压边力值;处理数据得到Q-m关系曲线、Q-m-δ关系曲面和Q-m-γ凹关系曲面。采用数值模拟实验法获得的数据具有成本低、周期短和精度高的特点,其对实际的生产与设计有一定的指导作用。
Drawing performance was influenced by the fomale-die radius, the sheet-metal thickness and holder force Q that were the three main factors. Interaction with drawing coefficient and theirs was acquired by the software Sheet-Forming that was applied to numerically analysis and simulation of the stamp forming process for cup in this paper. Three factors and four levels orthogonal test about, and are designed and eight holder forces Q of greatest and least are obtained in the paper too. And the relation curve of holder force, fomale-die radius, sheet-metal thickness and the drawing coefficient of sheet were defined by processing the test results. Taking use of the simulation test method, the characteristic of lower-cost, short-period and high credibility can be achieved. The research will be beneficial to solving the problems on the production and design practically.
