摘要
为了研究飞机叶片的激光熔覆修复技术,以飞机叶片(LY11CZ)为基材,以铝钇铌合金为熔覆材料,研究了单道熔覆层微观组织形貌和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:Al-Y-Nb合金可以作为激光熔覆修复飞机叶片(LY11CZ)的参考材料;在电流150A、脉宽10ms、频率1Hz时,可以得到组织细密,与基体呈良好冶金结合且无明显微观裂纹的熔覆层;熔覆层耐腐蚀性能较好。在酸性盐溶液中的腐蚀形式主要是点蚀和缝隙腐蚀,没有发现明显的晶间腐蚀。熔覆层中存在的气孔及微观裂纹对其耐腐蚀性有不良影响,微观气孔及其周围的微观裂纹是萌生缝隙腐蚀的最主要的原因。
For the research on the repair of the airplane leaf blade by laser cladding, regard the LY11CZ as substrate and the Al-Y-Nb alloy as layer cladding material, the microstructure of laser cladding layers and anti-corrosive performance were studied. The results indicate that, the Al-Y-Nb alloy can be used to repair the leaf blade (LY11CZ) as reference material. The laser cladding layers were obtained with close organization and good metallurgy union with the substrate, without obvious micro-cracks under electric current 150A, pulse width 10ms and frequency 1Hz. The anti-corrosive performance of the laser cladding layers was good. The corrosive pitting and the crevice corrosion were the main corrosion form in the acidic salt solution. The obvious inter-crystalline corrosion has not been discovered. The blowholes and the micro-cracks existed in the laser cladding layers with bad influence to their causticity. The micro-blowhole and the periphery micro-crack were the most main reasons for the crevice corrosion.
