摘要
36CrNiMo16钢多用于大型工件的产品,是冶金、能源、交通和化工等重大装备上的关键性零部件,所要求各项力学性能都比较高,而这些指标都是靠热处理来获得的。热处理工序是保证产品内部质量、避免产生较大的残余应力,满足性能要求的关键环节。36CrNiMo16是某,台金机械厂使用的关键部件,要求热处理调质HB330~360,热处理过程中出现了开裂,为此,本文对该产品进行化学成分、金相组织、硬度等分析产生开裂的原因,提出预防措施。
Steel 36CrNiMo16 is used in workpieces which are key parts of equipments in metallurgy, energy, traffic and chemical industry. The requirements of mechanical property are high. All the indexes can be obtained by heat treatment which can assure inner quality of products, avoid residual stress. 36CrNiMo16 was cracked under hardening and tempering HB 330-360.The paper analyzes the reasons from chemical constitution, metallurgical structure and hardness etc. and brings out preventive measures.
