摘要
提出了一种基于DSP与FPGA方案的高性能超声探伤仪,FPGA可以在DSP的控制下进行在系统编程,因此,仪器可以根据不同需要采用不同信号处理算法,使得仪器非常灵活。DSP通过USB通信接口方便、高速地与计算机通信。介绍了系统组成原理和利用DSP的GPIO接口配置FPGA的方法与接口电路实现。实验表明,该系统可以实现复杂算法,并实现实时处理。
This paper provides a high-powered ultrasonic testing system based on DSP&FPGA,FPGA can be reconfigured in system by DSP′s GPIO interface, thereby the system can execute different tasks in different occasions, which makes the whole system very flexible. The Communication between PC and DSP through USB is convenient and high-speed. In this paper, the compose principle of the system is introduced and the interface circuit that describes the configuration of FPGA based on DSP′s GPIO interface is also shown. The experiment shows that the system can realize complex algorithm and do real-time processing.
