摘要 采用药芯焊丝埋弧堆焊硬面技术修复大型热轧支撑辊,不仅修复成本低,且能提高轧辊的性能和使用寿命,是一种行之有效的技术经济措施。本文通过对修复失效的70Cr3Mo支撑辊剥落原因进行分析,制定合理的修复工艺。对提高轧辊的性能和使用寿命,提高轧机的效率和产品质量十分重要。 Repair of large Hot Rolling Backup Roll by HYDCrMo Hardfacing Flux-Cored Wire for Submerged Arc Welding technology can reduce rebuilding cost and enhance the performance and service life of the roller. It is an effective technical and economic measure. This article analyzes the reasons of 70Cr3Mo support roll flaking through its repairation expiration, formulates the reasonable repair craft. To enhance the performance and service life of roller, to enhance the efficiency and product quality rolling mill is extremely important.
