摘要
目的:评价丝裂霉素(MMC)治疗增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)的效果。方法:将健康家兔40只随机分为丝裂霉素组和对照组。丝裂霉素组向玻璃体腔注入RPE细胞后将含有MMC的BSS混悬液和BSS液各0.2mL注入兔眼玻璃体腔;对照组向玻璃体腔注入RPE细胞后BSS液各0.2mL注入兔眼玻璃体腔;评价其治疗PVR的效果。结果:丝裂霉素组中有1只眼发生药物毒性反应,排除试验。药效实验表明;2ld及28d,丝裂霉素组视网膜脱离发生率为12.7%和12.9%,对照组组视网膜脱离发生率为63.3%和72.1%,两组视网膜脱离发生率差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01)结论:丝裂霉素对减少实验性PVR的发生是有效的。
Objective:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intravitreal administration of mitomycin on experimential proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR). Methods:Forty rabbits were divided randomly and evenly into two groups: treated group and control group. All rabbit eyes were intravitreal injected retinal pigment epithelial cells to induce the experimential proliferative vitreoretinopathy. After injection ,the treated group was intravitreal injected 0.2ml mitomycin in 0.2ml balance salt solution the control group was intravitreal injected 0.2 ml balance salt solutiono The effect of mitomycin on the development of experimental PVR was investigated Results:On 21,28days, in treated group the ratio of traction retinal detachment is 12.7% and 12.9% ;in control group the ratio of traction retinal detachment is 63.3% and 72.1%. The significant difference appeared between the treated group and control group. Conclusion:Intravitreal mitomycin iinjection could decrease the incidence of the traction retinal detachment by PVR in experimental rabbit model.
