维持性血液透析患者应用低钙透析液的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨低钙透析液对维持性血液透析患者血钙浓度的影响。方法:进行自身交叉对照研究,将14例维持性血透患者随机分为递降组和递升组,观察先后使用不同钙离子浓度透析液治疗对其血钙浓度的影响。结果:透析液钙离子水平对血透患者的血钙离子浓度有明显影响,使用不同钙离子浓度的透析液,患者的透析前、后血钙水平不同。结论:对于血钙水平正常的血透患者,使用1.25mmol/L钙浓度的透析液能够维持合适的钙平衡,有利于避免高钙血症的发生。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low -calcium dialysate in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods:In this cross-controlled study, 14 MHD patients were divided into tow group : decreasing group (used 1.75mmol/L, 1.50mmol/L, 1.25mmol/L dialysate of calcium for one month respectively) and increasing group ( used 1.25mmol/L, 1.50mmol/L, 1.75mmol/L dialysate of calcium for one month respectively). Serum concentration of calcium was recorded in both groups after each different calcium concentration dialysate. Result: Different dialysate of calcium significantly influenced the levels of serum calcium in hemodialysis patients. Compared with highcalcium dialysate( 1. 75mmol/L), the mean concentration of serum calcium in patients with low-calcium dialysate was significantly lower , but was normal range. Conclusion:To the hemodialysis patients with normal serum calcium , low-calcium dialysate(1.25mmol/L) is safe , which may be in favour of avoiding the calcium load .
