详细叙述了在线旧管道挤涂PCE复合衬里修复技术，介绍了PCE复合衬里的结构及特性、施工工艺、技术要求等。该项技术采用高强度、耐腐蚀的PCE涂敷材料填充管壁蚀坑，形成厚达3～6mm的复合衬里。采用可重复进行的压力挤涂工艺，一次可修复长达5km的旧管道。PCE复合衬里整体性好，强度高，耐腐蚀性强，提高了管道的防腐能力和承压能力。涂层均匀连续，致密性好，无需开挖，补口工作量小，具有施工简便，费用低等优点。

This article introduces the structure, character,construction technology and technical requirement of the on-line old pipeline. This technology uses high strength,corrosion-resisting PEC coating material to fill with corrosion pit on pipeline and forms a 3～6 mm compound lining. Using repeatable squeezing-coating technology, 5 km old pipeline can be repaired once. The PCE compound lining has good entirety property, high strength and strong corrosion-resisting character so that the anticorrosion and pressure-bearing capacities of pipeline has increased. Using this technology the coating sheet is well-distributed and has good compactness and it is convenient in construction and low in cost.
