摘要
详细叙述了在线旧管道挤涂PCE复合衬里修复技术,介绍了PCE复合衬里的结构及特性、施工工艺、技术要求等。该项技术采用高强度、耐腐蚀的PCE涂敷材料填充管壁蚀坑,形成厚达3~6mm的复合衬里。采用可重复进行的压力挤涂工艺,一次可修复长达5km的旧管道。PCE复合衬里整体性好,强度高,耐腐蚀性强,提高了管道的防腐能力和承压能力。涂层均匀连续,致密性好,无需开挖,补口工作量小,具有施工简便,费用低等优点。
This article introduces the structure, character,construction technology and technical requirement of the on-line old pipeline. This technology uses high strength,corrosion-resisting PEC coating material to fill with corrosion pit on pipeline and forms a 3~6 mm compound lining. Using repeatable squeezing-coating technology, 5 km old pipeline can be repaired once. The PCE compound lining has good entirety property, high strength and strong corrosion-resisting character so that the anticorrosion and pressure-bearing capacities of pipeline has increased. Using this technology the coating sheet is well-distributed and has good compactness and it is convenient in construction and low in cost.
