摘要
目的:研究利多卡因对兔胰管远端括约肌压力的影响。方法:18只日本大耳兔随机分为利多卡因组、蒸馏水组和对照组,每组6只。开腹后在兔胰管远端括约肌周围分别喷洒利多卡因或蒸馏水,之后进行括约肌的压力测定。结果:利多卡因在胰管远端括约肌的乳头部喷洒,可以明显降低括约肌压力,与蒸馏水乳头部喷洒比较,括约肌压力的改变差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;喷洒蒸馏水组与单纯测压组比较,括约肌的压力没有显著差异,P>0.05。结论:利多卡因在胰管远端括约肌的乳头部喷洒,可以明显降低括约肌压力。
To explore the effect of hdocaine on the pancreatic sphincter pressure of rabbits. Methods: Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups (6 in each):1) Rabbits were sprayed around the pancreatic sphincter with 5ml of lidocaine ; 2 ) Rabbits were sprayed with 5ml of distilled water instead; and 3 ) Rabbits were not sprayed any liquid. The pressures of pancreatic sphincter of all the rabbits were measured after the abdomen opening and the spraying of lidocaine or water. Results: The pancreatic sphincter pressure of rabbits in group 1 was significantly lower than those of rabbits in groups 2 and 3 ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between those of rabbits in groups 2 and 3 ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Lidocine sprayed on pancreatic papilla can significantly reduce pancreatic sphincter pressure.
