摘要
为了提高伺服电动机系统的运行性能,设计了伺服电动机系统参数整定平台。在阐述系统基本原理的基础上讨论了系统的组成,该系统包括测试平台、测试电路和测试软件。其次讨论了所采用的改进的增量式PID控制算法和通过实验确定参数方法。最后给出了实验结果,实验证明该系统可以快速地整定系统控制参数。
In order to improve the stability of servo motor system,the control parameters adjusting system for servo motor was designed. Firstly, the fundamental of the parameter adjusting system was deseribed. Then the composing of the adjusting system was given, including the software of host computer, the hardware and software of slave computer. Secondly, the improved incremental PID algorithm and the method of parameter detemination used in this design were discussed. Lastly, experimental results and conclusions were given, these result showed that this parameter adujsting system can quickly and accurately adjust the control parameter of servo motor system.
