高精度全数字无刷直流电动机伺服系统

High Accuracy and Digital PM Brushless DC Motor Servo System

摘要 介绍了一种以PIC30F6010为主控单元的永磁无刷直流电动机伺服系统。系统以旋转变压器作为位置反馈装置,通过积分分离PID控制策略,实现电动机的位置和速度控制。试验结果表明,系统可实现较高的速度精度。 A permanent magnet (PM) brushless DC motor servo system which was based on PIC30F6010 was described in this design. In order to achieve the position and speed control,the resolver as the position feedback and the integral discrete PID algorithm as control method were used. Final results showed the system was of high speed accuracy.
