摘要
研究了位阻型酚2，6－二叔丁基苯酚合成屏蔽酚类抗氧剂L135反应混合物中中间产物、目标产物、剩余原料及杂质和副产物的反相高效液相色谱（HPLC）分离条件。在给定的色谱条件下，反应原料、中间和目标产物都能达到基线分离，精密度良好。
A high performance liquid chromatography was used in the synthesis of L135 pheno-lic antioxidant with 2, 6-ditertiary butyl phenol as raw material. The reactant intermediates, objectiveproduct, by-products, impurities and remaining raw rpaterials were separated under specified conditionswith certain precision.
