摘要 氮化硅结合碳化硅烧嘴套由于其优良的高温性能和力学性能而成为应用前景广阔的窑具。本文研究了氮化硅结合碳化硅烧嘴套的工艺特点、技术要求及检验手段等,在此基础上制定了该种产品的国家行业标准(JB/T10645)。文中介绍了标准中规范的产品形状、代号、规格尺寸、技术要求,检验方法,验收规则,以及标志、包装、运输、贮存等。该标准适用于工作温度不高于1500°C的氮化硅结合度碳化硅烧嘴套。该标准的制定填补了我国的一项空白,对于提高我国该类产品的技术水平具有重要意义。 Silicate nitride bonded silicate carbide nozzle tubes are a kind of promising kiln furnishings because of their excellent high temperature performances and mechanical performances. In this paper, the author introduced his researches on the technological characteristics, technical requirements as well as test means of Si3N4 bonded SiC nozzle tubes, and the national industrial standard (JB/T10645) which was established on the basis of his above researches . The standard specified the shape, symbol, size, technique requirements, test means, acceptance check rules, as well as mark, packing, transportation and storage of Si3N4 bonded SiC nozzle tubes. This standard is adapted for Si3N4 bonded SiC products used at temperature ≤ 1500℃. This standard filled a vacancy of Chinese national standard.
