The article states the thoughts ,steps and methods of Langfang building up landownership information system of integration of town and country, the scale of which is 1 ： 1 000, and this is based on landownership information system of integration of town and country in Ruide Wuhan（ RDCIS CV）. This can help the other cities to develop the similar jobs.
