油井管在储运过程中用水溶性硬膜防腐漆防止外表面生锈是一个急待解决的问题。根据用氨基树脂改性的醇酸树脂的配方设计原理，并在大量实验的基础上，确定了这种防腐材料的配方和合成工艺。经过比较产品的性能在一些指标上超过国外同类产品的水平。

In order to prevent the outer surface of oilwell from rusting,corrosion prevention with water solubility hard film can be used during storage and transportation.This is a problem which eagerly looks forward to solve.In accordance with the formulation design principles that alkyd resin is modified by amino resin and on the basis of a lot of experiments, the formula and synthetic process of the corrosion inhibiting material is determined.The performances and indexes of the internal products are better than the external similar ones by comparing and introducing them finally.
