摘要
通过分析摩擦副的Pv值及β值对密封的综合影响,解释了机械密封在生产中失效的原因。提出了在限制Pv值的前提下增大β值的方法:①降低冷却水的温度,提高冷却效果;②减小密封环外径。并将该方法应用于实际,取得了良好的效果。
In this paper the failure cause of mechanical seal in production was presented by analyzing the comprehensive effects on seal by the value of Pv and β of friction pair.The method to restrict Pv and to increase β was proposed,i.e.(1)reducing cool water temperature to raise cool effectiveness;(2)reducing the outside diameter of seal loop.The method was applied in practice with a good effectiveness.
