改良口外须颅颌固定在上颌骨骨折中的应用

Treatment for Maxillary Fracture with the Method of Winged Wire Splint

目的:探讨改良口外须颅颌固定治疗上颌骨骨折的临床效果。方法:对35例上颌骨Le FortⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折患者,先行闭合复位,恢复受伤前的咬合关系,再行改良口外须颅颌固定牵引3～4周。结果:35例Le FortⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折患者总有效率达94.2%。结论:改良口外须颅颌固定牵引治疗上颌骨骨折是一种简单易行、可靠的方法。

Objective： To explore the clinic effect of the craniomaxillary fixation technique for the treatment of maxillary fracture with the mathod of improved extra-oral palpi. Methods： 35 patients with Le Fort Ⅱ or Le Fort Ⅲ type maxillary fracture were treated by close reduction, resolution of occluding relationship, then applied with winged wire splint fixation for 3-4 weeks. Results： The effectiveness rate with the method of winged wire splint in the treatment of 35 patients with Le Fort Ⅱ or Le Fort Ⅲ type maxillary fracture reaches94.2%. Conduslon： It is an easy and reliable way to treat maxillary facture by winged wire splint.
